What is the Commissioner of the Intellectual Property Achievement Award?

The Japan Patent Office (The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) presents and prizes the Intellectual Property Achievement Award as the “award for excellence in the use of the intellectual property rights scheme” to the companies and other organizations. Those winners have made effective use of the design protection system and contributed to its smooth operation and development.
